Shipment Update : All units have been manufactured. The shipment has been booked in with Fedex.

Once the package has been dispatched at the factory I will then have a delivery date (shipments arrival in Durban). Based on the delivery date I will be able to give specific date of dispatch locally with Courier Guy.Please take note that global shipping , in general, has been slowed down by the events in the Middle East. There are unfortunately delays due to rerouting backlogs. I will keep this page updated.

What are the monthly pre – orders?

Twice a month, I open a small pre-order window for our HD Lace Remy pieces.

At the beginning of each month, I’ll announce the two dates when pre-orders will open. These windows are intentional and limited — designed to allow each unit to be crafted with care.

What Can Be Pre-Ordered?

During the 3-day window, you may order:

• HD Lace Remy Units
• HD Lace Closures
• Remy Bundles

When the pre-order is open, these pieces will appear as “In Stock.”
Once the window closes, they will return to “Out of Stock” until the next opening.

What Happens After You Order?

Your unit is not pulled from a shelf.

It is created from scratch overseas — constructed, customised and prepared specifically for you.

From there, it is shipped to me in South Africa, where I:

• Inspect each piece
• Repack it carefully
• Prepare it for local dispatch

Only once your order leaves me via Courier Guy will you receive your tracking details.

Lead Time

Pre-ordered items have a 15 working day lead time.

Because your unit travels internationally before reaching you, there may occasionally be minor delays (for example, customs processing). While not common, this is part of overseas manufacturing.

Every piece is worth the patience.
