• Courier Guy: Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday.
• Paxi: Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your hair, provided it is in its original condition—not colored, washed, combed out, plucked, or with the lace cut.
