Refund & Return Policy

At Wigs & Co, we do our best to provide clear, accurate information on each product — including detailed videos, guides, and visuals to help you choose the right unit before purchasing. Because we’re an online business and do not offer try-ons, we kindly ask that you shop with care.

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect length expectations (we share detailed measuring guides)

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your wig must be:
✔️ Unworn and unused (not washed, styled, or altered in any way)
✔️ Lace must be uncut
✔️ No product added (no dyes, oils, or treatments applied)
✔️ In original packaging

🚫 Strictly no returns or exchanges on glueless wigs for hygiene reasons.

🚫 Strictly no returns due to cap sizes. All cap sizes are Average/Medium sized. As these are factory made units and not custom made units, you may have an imperfect fit. However, the caps are stretchy with an adjustable band to suit your head measurements as closely as possible. 

🚫 Strictly no returns or exchanges on bundles and closures. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your provided account details.
  • Refunds exclude initial courier fees.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered in cases where you received the wrong item or a unit that arrived damaged.
  • Shipping cost for exchanges will be at our expense.

How to Return Your Item

  • We will arrange the return shipping via The Courier Guy at our expense.
  • Please ensure you are available on the scheduled pickup day.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for refunds and exchanges under the same conditions as regular items.
